Caixa customers can now exchange card points for Bitcoin and Ethereum

aixa Econômica Federal customers who have joined the “CAIXA Points Program” can now exchange card points to buy Bitcoin and Ethereum.

This new functionality is possible through a partnership between Caixa Econômica and Dotz, a loyalty program that allows the exchange of points for services and products.

In order to exchange Dotz points, a minimum of 500 accumulated points is required.

How to transfer card points to Dotz?

To transfer the points from the “CAIXA Cards App”, it is necessary to complete the following steps:

  1. Open your CAIXA Cards App in the “Points” menu.
  2. Select the “Redeem Points” option.
  3. Then click on “DOTZ”.

It is also possible to exchange points for CAIXA’s Internet Banking and Mobile Banking in a few steps:

  1. Open your CAIXA Internet Banking or Caixa App.
  2. In the “Credit cards” menu, select the “points program” option.
  3. Then click on “inquire and redeem” and click on “DOTZ”.

When exchanging points, you can buy Bitcoin or Ethereum from the Dotz platform.

The advance of cryptocurrencies in Brazil
