In his opinion, he noted that the price of bitcoin will hit an all-time high by the end of October this year. The current all-time high for bitcoin is $20,000, which it hit at the end of 2017. Since then, the leading crypto assets have been experiencing some significant rounds of volatility and in the past two weeks or so, bitcoin has been Fluctuating from $10,000 to $9500.

With all of this volatility going on throughout the industry, this is an indication of an increase in daily volume trade which is a factor considered to be an imminent rally just around the corner. If bitcoin can remain above $10,000 over the next few weeks, then a prediction that Williams gave will be well underway.

That being said, if bitcoin ends up sinking below $8600, his prediction will no longer be valid.

There are plenty of institutions all over the world that are looking towards the world of cryptocurrency with an eagle eye.
