Nine Turkish properties sold in 2018 for bitcoin

Antalya Homes, a large Turkish real estate trader, reports in a press release that it has sold nine pieces of real estate for bitcoin (BTC) in 2018.

Bayram Tekce, chairman of Antalya Homes, says in the press release:

Payment with cryptocurrency enables more reliable and faster transactions, such as money transfer between bank accounts without exchange rate losses. It is very profitable to buy real estate for those who want to use their cryptocurrency investments in the real estate sector.

The company says that besides bitcoin (BTC) it also accepts ethereum (ETH), ripple (XRP), bitcoin cash (BCH), bitcoin gold (BTG), litecoin (LTC), tether (USDT) and stellar (XLM) for payments in real estate.

Furthermore, the press release reports that Antalya Homes sells houses in Turkey from € 30,000; about 9 BTC. It is also possible to pay part of the purchase with BTC and the rest with fiat currency.

Antalya Homes announced last September to Twitter that it accepts bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for buying real estate:
